Tasting notes

The first release of our extended age reserve program is our beloved Bellissima Rossa. This wine has a brilliant , deep ruby color. On the nose , there are notes of raspberry, cranberry sauce, wild sage, hints of cedar and a touch of milk chocolate. On the palate , this wine has lots of mountain blueberyy , fig , honey and black pepper . What is special about this wine being aged in barrel for 30 months and almost a year in bottle is how well integrated everything is. This wine has plush, silky, rounded tannins with an extremely long finish . Pair with Pork Ribeye or Delicata Squash .
